Qualification observations contain bounded labels, status, counts and success flags, not account or draft contents. They stay in page memory across client navigation; reloading makes them incomplete. A nonpassing tab marker prevents reuse. No extra diagnostic request is sent.

Website-code ownership verification is deferred until production activation and must establish the app-to-website association. Account erasure and legacy upload cleanup require scoped review. Recovery markers are retained, up to 128 per workspace; exhaustion requires support review. No automatic historical purge or ownership transfer.
